This layout is 100% CSS based and can be edited with Dreamweaver, Expression Web, Frontpage 2003 or the editor of your choice. It does come with a dwt file for making global changes. It is also XHTML compliant and includes a fully commented css file. The download comes with everything you need to set up an online store and you're free to host where you like. The cart set up is well documented and we have a large number of tutorials and help files.
